About the Design

BEING IN FLOW STATE

"Flow State"
a person is in a state of flow when they are totally immersed. When a
person is “in flow state,” they may not notice time passing, think about
why they are doing. Instead, they remain completely focused.
the point is that when we realize there is one activity that gives us
energy and makes us feel so good that we forget what's going on, even
forget about ourselves, that's the FLOW STATE.
